Aaron Kotick

As VP Sales, Aaron has a keen understanding of sales force design, and loves to have the opportunity to work with sales leaders. “We talk the same language,” he says.

What delights and inspires you about your work?
“I believe that great sales training encourages people to step outside their comfort zones and try something new.

I am committed to my clients’ success. I enjoy working with Canada’s most prestigious organizations and having other sales leaders as clients. I focus on results by giving sales people tools to take their personal performance to the next level.”

What is your background, and how does it impact your current role?
“After I graduated from the University of Western Ontario, I worked with the International Quality & Productivity Center, where I was in charge of several of the company’s sales offices. Before that, I worked in both logistics & recruitment. I was also a golf instructor – a passion I share with many Fusion players and clients.”

The father of three young children, Aaron brings over 10 years of experience in sales and sales management with leading North American companies.
