Primary Function of Sales Executive:
Uncover and develop multi-Year relationships with Fusion Learning clients. Sell Fusion Learning programs and services to VP/Director of Sales and HR contacts. Model consultative selling skills with Clients.
Profile:
Strong Consultative Selling Skills - Professional demeanour, thorough pre-call preparation, great listening skills, questioning skills, responds succinctly, concludes well
Experienced Hunter/Desire to Hunt - has prospected at executive levels; has landed significant new business in the past
Strong Business Network to Leverage - Can name VP/Director level people in relevant prospect accounts that they could leverage
Heart for Learning - Can demonstrate where learning has been important to them either in a business or personal context
Has been a Sales Leader/Understands Sales Management – experience leading sales teams to achieve and exceed their sales goals

Major Responsibilities:
• Generate sales through direct selling and personal marketing efforts
• Initiate and develop relationships with senior sales management, as well as senior training and human resources
• Use strategic selling approach to identify and penetrate companies with development needs for their sales force
• Demonstrate Fusion consultative selling skills in all client interactions
• Qualify accounts and opportunities
• Develop proposals and deliver presentations with appropriate support from Fusion Learning partners
• Responsible for client satisfaction and relationship development over time
• Meet revenue and profit targets
• Team player who ensures that proper pricing, staffing and delivery targets are set and met on projects
