Client Solutions Consultant to expand our Client Solutions Team

Primary Functions of Client Solutions Executive:
- The research, design and development of targeted sales effectiveness learning programs for sales professional and sales leaders that are practical and that WORK
- Brilliant delivery and facilitation of our programs that demonstrate Fusion Values, create value for our customers and keep them wanting more.
- Experience in learning solutions design and classroom facilitation (minimum 7 years)
- Passion for learning
- Executive level consultative and communication skills
- Experience managing projects in larger, complex organizations
- Proven Learning Professional (strong Client references) with strong knowledge of adult learning
- Strong understanding of sales performance issues and challenges
- A dedicated team player and collaborative mindset
- Disciplined and strong attention to detail
- Business acumen
- Intuitive and achievement oriented
- Professional Services/Consulting experience
- Provides project guidance for client engagements delivering high levels of customer satisfaction within time and budget parameters
- Delivers 14 days of Client billable time per month (50% in classroom, 50% in research and design work)
- Works effectively and collaboratively with Consultants/Project Managers/Back Stage operations team
- Contributes to the expansion of Fusion Learning’s Sales Effectiveness Toolbox by new product design and program development
- Stays current on leading edge sales effectiveness trends in the marketplace
- Able to make the seemingly complex, practical and easy to understand
- Assists Directors, Sales Performance in preparation of proposals and presentations
- Adheres to all Fusion Learning policies, procedures and business ethics codes
- Maintains contact with key Fusion clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all Fusion Team members
