Aaron Kotick is the Vice President of Sales at Fusion Learning. Aaron brings over 10 years of experience in sales and sales management with leading North American companies. He prides himself on delivering value to his clients through innovation and effective solutions that are catered to the current business climate. Aaron’s career includes time with the International Quality & Productivity Center where he was in charge of several of the Company’s sales offices. Prior to joining IQPC, Aaron spent time working in both the Logistics & Recruitment businesses; he was also a Golf Instructor. Aaron is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario.

What delights you about your work?

I get great enjoyment in watching people grow and take their personal performance to the next level. Great sales training encourages an eager desire in people to step outside of their comfort zones and try something new.

What is your perspective on learning and development?

Training needs to be front of mind for all world class organizations and should be driven from the top. The greatest leaders let their actions speak.
