Brad McCamus is a Vice President in Fusion Learning. Brad has over 15 years of experience in sales and sales management with leading North American companies. He has helped senior executives implement sales strategy initiatives that improve the effectiveness of field and inside sales. Clients delight in Brad’s business acumen, strategy/operations experience and strong communication skills.
Brad’s career includes time with Xerox in sales and sales management, Parametric Technology Corporation, and most recently as a Vice President at MarketBridge Corp., a US based sales strategy consulting firm. Brad is an MBA graduate of the Rotman School of Management.

Seeing people win in their marketplace through the way they lead and sell. Sharing in the experience of bringing a common vision to life and taking delight in shared success. Watching an individual light up when they try something new and find it works.
What is your perspective on sales development?
What gets implemented is what counts. Practicality has more virtue than theory. The best leaders are people who master the fundamentals of management. There is an endless opportunity to learn and grow, and that is the greatest promise in people.
