Kevin Higgins is the Managing Partner of Fusion Learning. He has consulted organizations on leadership, sales and learning effectiveness in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Clients delight in Kevin’s business acumen, executive experience and strong facilitation skills.

Kevin’s career includes time with Xerox, the Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario) and the Forum Corporation, an international training organization. Most recently he was an Executive Vice President of the Forum Corporation, leading the Central Region with accountability for 60 professionals in Canada and the Midwest USA. Kevin is a graduate of the Ivey Business School.

Helping people to reach their potential. Seeing the sparkle in someone's eyes as a light goes on. Taking little credit in the process but feeling proud of the results.

What is your perspective on sales development?

Management must drive development. People will do what they see management doing (not saying). Development is a journey not a destination.
