Scott joins our team of passionate learning leaders, bringing with him more than 15 years of human performance improvement experience. As a senior executive and partner, Scott was the SVP, Sales and Marketing with Gilmore, one of Canada 's most respected training and development companies. Most recently, Scott was Vice President, Strategic Accounts with CDI Education, Canada 's largest corporate education services company.

Scott has worked across many sectors and with organizations globally including: Estée Lauder, Manpower North America, Canon, Grand & Toy, Nestle Purina Petcare, Reckitt Benckiser, Imperial Oil, CIBC and ATI Technologies.

Scott's areas of expertise include: sales force effectiveness, corporate visioning, leadership development, innovation and change management.

What is your perspective on sales development?

Contributing to the growth of an organization and developing long lasting relationships with clients is challenging - and tremendously exciting. For sales organizations to experience sustained growth and well - being, all aspects of sales performance must work in harmony - sales strategy, sales coaching, sales skills - while balancing the needs of the client and the needs of the business. Finding that balance and addressing both "the head and the heart" are essential ingredients.
