Tim is the founder of Fusion Learning. His mission is to help his clients optimize their potential. His personal practice specialties include selling skills development, sales coaching and presentation skills. He leverages significant experience in sales learning, sales, sales management and marketing to design and deliver learning solutions that bring value and lasting impact.

Prior to founding Fusion, Tim served as a senior consultant/trainer with Horn and Associates where he delivered sales and sales management training. Tim was also a senior account director at ICE, Integrated Communications & Entertainment, providing corporate communications solutions to his clients. He also worked with Corel Corporation as a PR professional. Tim is a trained professional actor (performed in stage shows Les Miserables and Napoleon) which enables him to bring a learning environment to life with the learners as the medium.

Making a tangible difference. I love helping people look deeper inside themselves and making small adjustments that can make big gains.

What is your perspective on sales development?

In order for sales development to be effective, it needs: strong collaboration with the client, great design, training that focuses on real business challenges, flexible but challenging facilitation and focused follow up.
