How valuable are sales meetings in your organization? Are there activities that help enable sales performance?
Too often, sales meetings are solely a round table on “what are you doing this week?” vs. a highly productive time in discussing what matters most. In this half day module, we first immerse participants in how they facilitate sales meetings currently, then dissect the process in terms of both the process and skills.
