Our Four-Step Client Engagement Process

Our clients often ask us, “How will we work with Fusion Learning as we embark on a new project together?” I want to tell you about our Four-Step Client Engagement Process. It starts with research, moves to design, then to deliver and reinforce.

Research is about spending time in your business with your people to understand what’s important and to make sure that our designs are culturally specific. We don’t try to do too much research; we try to do enough that will drive insights for the design.

Our design is a collaborative approach. Our goals are to shape solutions together with you. Our design is to take what we’ve learned in the research and make sure that we’re putting together the program that’s going to hit the mark for your people.

Deliver is about finding the right person, right project, right client, right solution and matching these four together to deliver excellence in the classroom.

Finally, reinforce. How do we reinforce and embed the learning that happened in the classroom? This could be both virtual as well as in a classroom environment. The goal again is to embed the learning beyond the classroom.

This is your four-step process in working with Fusion Learning. We look forward to starting with you.
