I would like to tell you about Fusion Learning’s performance support tools, which we call PSTs. It’s a new product we have created over the last year to help our participants with some tools that go beyond the classroom. Our participants go through our programs and love both what they learn as well as the tools. In particular, sales managers in our practical sales management program learn about one-on-ones, sales team meetings and funnel reviews. The challenge is how to go back to the office and perform these consistently and in an effective and efficient way. PSTs were developed specifically for this reason. Often, our sales managers walk out of our programs and though they love what they’ve done in the classroom, they think, “How can I make sure I’ve sustained this beyond the classroom? How can I come up with creative meetings? How can I be consistent about delivering great one-on-ones? How can I be determined to create funnel reviews that work and generate results for the team?”
Performance support tools are online tools that go beyond the classroom to help sales managers have these tools at their fingertips. The goal of PSTs is to both increase the efficiency of your sales managers and give them tools that are easily accessible. PSTs also helps with their effectiveness, assists managers with coming up with ideas, and keeps them to a process and structure that helps them deliver excellence in their role as sales managers.
