What Makes Fusion Facilitators Special?

We’re often asked what makes Fusion facilitators so special? Here are 3 things you should know about our Fusion facilitators.

1. All of our facilitators are salespeople first and training people second. Every facilitator we look to hire has either carried a bag as a sales rep or has been a sales manager or both. This creates incredible credibility in the classroom.

2. How do we find, source, recruit and onboard facilitators? There’s a ton of good facilitators out there. We don’t hire them; we really hire great facilitators. To do that, we make sure they go through a recruitment and onboarding process that is very rigorous where there are numerous auditions to ensure they are delivering excellence no matter what client we put them in front of.

3. We need to ensure they’re hitting the most important metric, which is their ability to engage you in the classroom. We’re tracking that metric every delivery. What we’re looking for is at least a 4.8 out of 5 in their ability to engage you in the classroom.
